Failing to Validate

Invoice Status Doesn't Change After Payment

This issue occurs when the respective payment processor is experiencing delays or jet-lags - often on cryptocurrency payments.

The invoice itself should automatically change its status into "success" after 12 - 24 hours.


I paid through PayPal, but astra.cx is not detecting it.

Astra.cx follows specific conditions when whether to proceed with your payment or ignore it. Ensure that you've strictly followed the given conditions:

  • You've input the exact BLOX_ID on the note. (Ensure that there are no spaces )

  • You've exactly sent the specific amount. ( If it says send $6.48, exactly send $6.48 )

  • You've paid via USD. ( Convert to USD that matches the specified amount )
