This page is for common issues such as "Unable to purchase", "No Stock", captcha issues and website issues.


Unable to Purchase

If you're trying to purchase and your payment keeps being invalidated or it does not go through, ensure that the details for your card is valid and supports 3Ds.

For card payments, we're currently using Stripe as a payment gateway processor. This means that the card you're using must support 3D payments and authentication. This also means that it does not support prepaid gift cards such as Vanilla Visa Gift-Card and the like.


No Stock

This issue is spontaneous and we momentarily do not have any means of detecting whether a product has ran out of stock - It needs to be manually checked.

Captcha Issues

Refresh the website. If the issue persists,

  1. Disable any extensions that may interfere with captchas or JavaScripts.

  2. Clear the cookies of the website

  3. Refresh and Retry


Website Issues

One uncommon issue that a user may experience is the contents of the website doesn't load at all.
