PayPal
Some regions or countries do not support PayPal's Family and Friends payment method. If you happen to have this issue, you may consider purchasing a specific gift card as an alternative payment option.
Cryptocurrency
For some reason Sellauth does not detect transactions even if done correct. Kindly wait up to an hour as it the payment processor it uses may be experiencing delays.
If the issue does still persist, kindly create a ticket at discord.gg/bloxproducts.
Stripe
If you were expecting the product to be delivered to your e-mail, it won't.
Create a ticket at discord.gg/bloxproducts and follow as instructed:
Copy the whole link of your order / invoice.
Take a whole screenshot of your screen capturing the receipt, browser tabs, and the time and date on your taskbar.
Forward these to the ticket you've created.
Explain your issue, wait patiently, and do not mass-mention.
