Requiring a customized support#

If you weren't able to find the solution you were looking for or if your issue isn't listed within this site, Bloxproducts offer customized support for customers through tickets which can be created through their Discord server.

Guidelines#

There are requirements that you must follow before creating a ticket. If your ticket is to be seen without the mentioned requirements, it will automatically be closed.

Upon creating a ticket, you will be prompted with a form.
Ensure that you have completed the form with accuracy and the information written are detailed and not vague.
I can't believe this is a problem - specifically state the product you bought. ( E.G: Volt 7D / Potassium )
Be specific with your reason, "license not received" will be deemed as incomplete and will be closed.

Evidence and Proof is Essential
If your issue is that you did not receive your license, you are obligated and required to provide as much possible concrete proof relevant to your purchase & issue after creating a ticket - prioritize this.
